The final price, currency and any applicable shipping charges are confirmed in writing by our team before any payment is taken or order dispatched.

6. Payments

Where online payment is offered, payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or banking details on our servers.

A payment authorises us to fulfil your order but does not replace order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order after payment, we refund it in full to the original payment method.

7. Order confirmation and cancellation

Your order is accepted only when our team confirms it by email. You may cancel an enquiry at any time before confirmation at no cost. For paid orders, cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full; after dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and honestly: provide accurate contact and order information, do not attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation, and do not use the site for resale, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
